"How to place an order?"

It is very simple to purchase your favorite dress online. You can place the order with no registration. But we highly recommend you create a registered account before you place the order. The steps are as follows:

  1. If you are brand new to our website, we suggest you create an account before you place the order, and then log in to place the order, then you can check your order status and history.
  2. Enter the item page you want to order, choose the gender, standard size, then click" Add to Cart".
  3. Click button "Proceed to Checkout" if your order information is correct. PS: You can use the coupon code to apply for the discount on this page if you have the code.
  4. Fill in the correct shipping address, email, phone number, and choose the shipping method payment method etc, click "Place order now", finally, skip to Paypal page or Checkout page to finish your payment. then your order is placed.

 

"How to pay my order?"

We accept Paypal and other major credit cards (via checkout), please contact us if you would like to pay in other methods. Signing up for a PayPal account is easy and free, and takes just a few minutes to complete. Once you complete, you can send your payment in minutes. If you would like to pay via credit cards, please view the pictures below for the appropriate procedures. Click "continue checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill out your information. You can then use your credit card to pay safely and securely.

 

"Why I need to pay additional custom tax for my items?"

In certain circumstances, some country may charge custom taxes for the purchase from other countries. Please kindly note that the buyer should be responsible for the Custom Tax of his country, thanks for your understanding.

 

"How long will it take to get my order?"

Our clothing is made-to-order, meaning that they are printed only when you have placed an order. This helps prevent us from overproducing merchandise and also allows us the ease of providing designs easily. It's a win-win for everyone, including our planet.

Because of this, however, your item may take around 5-7 days to process. Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. If unexpected issues or delays arise, please feel free to email us at support@teeinbox.com, and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

 

"I changed my mind… Can I cancel my order?"

Upon receipt of your order, we work hard to get it out the door, making it unlikely to cancel before it ships. We only have 24 hours once the order is placed to cancel. Please double-check your shopping cart and info before checking out. If you’re still sure you want to cancel the order, you can reach out to us at support@teeinbox.com for a refund for anything that meets our return guidelines.

 

"My address is incorrect; can I change it?"

Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any apartment , unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, email us at support@teeinbox.com as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

 

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me?"

Unfortunately, we can't make any size changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the sizing info before checking out! As of now, we are unable to provide a return on sizing, that's why we did our best to include a size chart for every item in our store.

 

"How should I take care of my stuff?"

Wash (and dry) all our tees inside-out on cold and tumble dry on low to prevent fading and keep things looking fresh. (:

 

"Are any of your items final sale items?"

Yes, all items under the Sale Tab are final sale items.  If you feel that you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service team via our self-service chat.
